Inspection and maintenance of rolling sound of bearings

After cleaning, apply rust preventive oil or antirust grease immediately on the bearing.

 

2. Check and judge:

 

In order to judge whether the dismantled bearing can be reused, the bearing should be inspected for dimensional accuracy, rotational accuracy, internal clearance, mating surface, raceway surface, cage and sealing ring.

 

The inspection results can be judged by the use of inertial bearings or proficient bearings.

 

The criteria for bearing judgement vary according to mechanical performance and importance and inspection cycle. If the following damage occurs, the bearing shall not be reused and must be replaced.
